Avantika Bahl is a Contemporary Dance practitioner and educator based in Mumbai. Her work brings together performance-making, pedagogy, and inclusive engagement with diverse bodies and lived experiences.

Alongside her choreographic practice, she works extensively with students and early-career dancers, developing process-based movement approaches that emphasise awareness, curiosity, and critical thinking through the body.

As a performer, Avantika has collaborated with choreographers, theatre directors, visual artists, and filmmakers, expanding her practice across disciplines. She teaches at several dance schools in Mumbai and is frequently invited as visiting faculty for choreography programs across the country.
In recognition of her contributions to the performing arts, she was awarded by KCC, Kolkata in 2023.
